Lss-1 vs Lss-2

I currently have Lss-1 ,(structure scan) mounted on the Skeeter w my Gen 2s. It works great. I recently got the Lss-2 (structure scan HD ) from lowrance. Question is which one is best for walleye fishing applications? I have heard a lot of things about the law suit being the reason for the change, also more power , crisper picture being the reason for change. Before I yank the cords and hardwear out of the boat, I wanted to see if anyone knows more than me.

From the people i have asked about on this they all have told me if you have a LSS-1 just stick with it. If you have nothing then buy the LSS-2. From what they have said it accels in deep water like the great lakes and salt water applications. But that is all hear say and not my experience. I’m sticking with the LSS-1 for now.

I just switched to the LSS-2 and there is a difference, I was always somewhat unhappy with the usable range with the LSS-1, the LSS-2 seems to have fixed that. Seems like a clearer picture as well. Have only used it a few times this spring so really not an expert but so far I am happier with the 2.
