Is there an emulator for the HDS5-7? I didn’t see one.

No emulator for the HDS series

Help..I have a IHuntC and it stopped working..All I get on the screen is “Waiting for serial data” Update in Progress..Requested User Data and the progress stays on zero..I have never updated before and have a 2007 lakemaster chip in it..Could some give me detailed instructions on how to get this working again? Thanks in advance

Try a soft reset by turning the unit off, press and hold the pages key and then simultaneously press and hold the
pwr key. Release both when the map of the USA appears.

A soft reset does not delete GPS data. A hard reset will
delete GPS data. If the soft reset doesn’t help you can save your waypoints, routes, and trails to a blank SD card
and then try a hard reset.

Either way I like to take any mapping out of the unit when
I perform a reset. Might not have to but why risk it.

Hi Guys, I am hoping that someone can point me in the right direction here.

I have A Lowrance LCX-113C HD

Currently my GPS Location will not show up on my Mapping screen, everything seems to be working except for locating my boat position on the map. If I change locations my longitude and latitude numbers appear to change also,however it will not show my boat location.
I tried the soft reset twice and it did not resolve the problem.
If I do a hard reset, will I also loose the factory updates that have been installed?

I am assuming that a Hard Reset will return the unit to the origanal factory settings.
