    Hello-
Any tips for cleaning lowrance’s depth finder screen? i have some tough water spots that are going away. i tried LCD screen clean (for TVs) with not much for results.

    Thanks

try a 50/50 vinegar water solution. just mix in some vinegar with water in a spray bottle and keep it in the boat…..works every time. i’m sure this is what others will recommend as well.

    X2

I use a micro-fiber cloth to wipe it down.

In the future, make sure you use the cloth that came with the unit, just about anything else might mark the screen.

I found a product that is for LCD TV’s and computers that now has 100% of my vote. It’s a blue gel type product and comes with a very soft cloth.
Don’t matter what the screen looks like, a very small effort and it looks new again. Showed a few buddies and they have all changed!
I know Menards used to sell it but for the life of me can’t remember name.

Windex works as good as anything else.
