Transducer ?

Will the transducer from my LCX-27 work with a HD-8? I had a x-17 on the boat from the start so it is the same transducer that I am useing for my 27. The reason I would still like to use this one is that it is glassed in the boat.

Pretty sure they are the same. Do you know what color the plug is? If it is the blue one that has the half twist lock, it should work.

One more stupid question, how about the power cord, can I use the sameone as the 27?

If the transducer from the X series worked, the power cord should as well. It may be missing some wires, like the wake up wire for the LSS-1, so if you plan to add that at some point, you might want to swap out power cords, but I don’t know that for sure. Would need to see what your current power cord looks like.

It is the same cord that works for the 27, and the same cord that I used for the x-17 with the grey end. Thanks again for the response.
