I just picked up a used H2o and put the LM chip from my HDS into it. It looks like it worked, as I have depth contours for the river and lakes, but I have no roads.. Is this normal? In the pic I am driving down Highway F in Wi.
maybe i am mistaken, but it looks to me like it shows the road you are driving on? 
my H2Oc with lakemaster shows most roads, but it will change when you get out of MN, as it is a MN chip.
County F is in wisconsin, so that may be the problem.
If you zoom in further more road will show up provided you in the state of the chip. like wisconsin or mn lakemaster chip.
the PO enabled lat and long lines, so that is what it is showing running North South and East-West. I zoomed in and still didn’t see a road.. I was in WI however and the chip is MN
The Mn chip will have some overlay data into surrounding states. Most likely picking up an older wisconsin lakemaster chip will have all the roads you need. 
When I have a card in my H2O and take it out, the overlay data will change, as mentioned above. Always try zooming in and out where ever you go, as that seems to change with mine too. Never know what it’ll give you, but if I remember correctly, I believe mine usually gives me roads.

i’ll check my chip this evening to see if it has county rd f on it. MN chip.
Check under “Map Categories Drawn” section in the Menu…Make sure the “Highways” is checked…..
