Gen 2 question

    With two gen 2 units I was told you could share StructureMap features, is this done over the ethernet connection or do I have to use the sd cards to share? Is it both the live data and the stored?

    You can share it between the 2 units via ethernet in live mode. If it is stored on an SD card you will need 2 cards with the stored info for each unit.

    So is the data in live mode available based on time? Can it be paused so to speak so the StructureMap I’m fishing doesn’t disappear?

    Hopefully I am understudying your your question, you can pause the SM, typically 4-5 minutes is available for review. Another option, is to save the interested spot to a SD card, you can then have it as background map without pausing the map page.

    Can the structure map overlay screen shot from a Gen 2 be shared
    with a Gen 1?

    No it can not do to the microprocessor difference

    So do you have a couple units already or a manual?
