    Thanks for sharing Kirt.

It appears that the MN DNR Roundtable is going to be held at the same location on the 6th and 7th of Jan.

Doc’s classes really help a person get the most out of these units as they keep growing in function for the fisherperson. Doc’s fishing/tourny background not only focuses on the features, but shows how to us it to our best advantage.

More so with the new Gen2’s!

I’m trying to talk Doc into a “How to target catfish with electronics” class, but I’m not getting too far.

Yeah I know Doc. I’m working on a 12 step process. Hang in there!

Nice channel! Are you going to give us the where, on what and about what year?

1969, Grand Forks, ND, Red River north of the old Riverside dam
Notice the mud on my pants, no net, I caught it and my friend would not go and grab it (too big and ugly) so I did. If you fish the Red the banks are clay and you sink in and lose your shoes (the mud steals them). My friends’ wife is Greek and she spiced the fish up and it is the only catfish that I remember tasting good from that river.
I had a great time sitting on the bank waiting for the bite and the amazing runs those catfish did. Thanks for asking, it brought up warm memories for me.

See Brian there is hope for you! We have seen those pics of you holding those nice saugers and walleyes this fall Does Jesse charge you for this recovery program

Next step is when you finally admit to catching more Cats while trolling crankbaits than using stinkbait

Once a person’s shoe touches the mud of the Red River of the North, well it’s something they’ll never for get! LOL!

Ya know Kirt, I was listening to Doc give a class a few years back. First time I ever met him. I said to myself “Doc sure seems to be a great guy, I bet he’s been a cat fisherman at one time”. Sure nuf, the photo doesn’t lie!

Remember the first time I met you Kirt? I was correct then as well….bass guy.

BUT all kidding aside, just like hiring a guide will speed up the learning curve to catch fish on a river or lake, going to one of Doc’s classes will move an anglers learning cure light years ahead in just a few hours.

Guys don’t like instruction manuals for the most part. With Doc’s laid back style asking questions only comes natural.

See you two at the Crown Plaza in a couple weeks!

PS I didn’t really mean to insult the bass folks that way.
