    Called Lowrance customer service two times this morning. Each time the phone only rang once and I was connected to an agent/representative. Each time my issue was addressed properly and effeciently. Calls were like 10 minutes apart and the second rep. was already aware of what the first rep had said and done for me. Cannot beat the service. I heard they were experiencing some changes in this department and I can expect no more than I received this mornig. Great job Lowrance Customer Service.

    I’ve heard of 3 seperate instances of superb timely customer service from Lowrance in the last week alone, lets hope their true…I sure love there products but with the hundreds or thousands of dollars we have wrapped up in their products this kind of service should be a must. Hearing of these reports helps put my mind to ease because service has certainly lacked previously.

    That is good to Hear- Lets hope it not to late. I know of a TON of lifetime Lowrance users who have jumped on the Hummingbird and say they will never go back to Lowrance

    If some of the issues that I have heard coming from HB its only a matter of time until they return.
