Called Lowrance customer service two times this morning. Each time the phone only rang once and I was connected to an agent/representative. Each time my issue was addressed properly and effeciently. Calls were like 10 minutes apart and the second rep. was already aware of what the first rep had said and done for me. Cannot beat the service. I heard they were experiencing some changes in this department and I can expect no more than I received this mornig. Great job Lowrance Customer Service.
