Need 332C help

I have a Lowrance 332C and it has performed flawlessly for 5 years. Today, when I zoom in on my map it stays for about 3 to 5 seconds and then zooms out to full lake automatically I have tried it with full map screen, Map with sonar screen split and it does it no matter what setting it is on. Zooming in on sonar works fine, just the map that automatically returns to full lake.
hope someone can tell me a fix for the problem. Hate to send it in and be without a finder/GPS

This is new to me. I would suggest a call to Lowrance Customer Care at 1-800-324-1356 and see if they have anything in their notes to help you with this.

I had the same thing happen on my 332c also, you have to set something in the settings and if I can remember I could tell you. If I think of it will respond back. Try setting the unit back to unit default, and reset it up the way you had it.

It just came to me, turn off the auto zoom and you will be back in action.

I had the same issue last year and had to do a soft reset to make it stop,auto zoom was off.
