Lowrance PPP-14

    I’m new to ice fishing. I have a old Lowrance x-96 I want to convert for ice fishing. I have a PPP-14 to use with the X-96. My question is, do I still need to put a in-line fuse on if I use this unit or is there one built into the PPP-14. I don’t see a fuse anywhere but I’m not sure if there’s one in the connection to the box.
