Lowrance Hook Triple shot 12″ Transducer not working

    Just recently got this scanner and I bought a new transducer for it (000-14029-001) Because I was told the last one was bad.
    installed it and I’m getting very minimal feedback. it seems like when I slow down or move the transducer itself it does show kind of movement on the chirp. is there some tips on how to fix this or am I SOL. Thanks!
    Also the depth isn’t showing
