No initial mapping chip purchase required, no subscription required, no need to upload or share your data.

If you’re running StructureScan 3D, make sure to do the newly released update for that too.

Been waiting for this! This looks awesome, though I do like how it works with Sonarcharts Live how it shows the basemap then overlays/updates. Ive used the SonarChartsLive quite a bit and really like it. I will definitely be looking into this upgrade.

Has anyone used this upgrade yet?

Does this mean I longer need to pay the $100 subscription to be able to get live mapping with my 7ti?

I bought the Navionics plus, but can’t remember if I need the card in to use it or if it just loaded on to the unit. I have a 16gb card in the unit now, so I assume I can use both Navionics and this live mapping now?

This is great. This was one of the reasons why I switched to Garmin as I didn’t have to pay the $100 a year.

I used the genesis live update last fall on my HDS 12. The depth charting is awesome.
