Lowrance Elite T.I.-9 for bow/dropshot

    Just purchased a Elite T.I.-9 for the bow of my boat. I want a set up to mark fish as I like to drop shot. Will the total scan transducer fit on my minn Kota fortrex or will I need to get the HDI skimmer transducer? Those that has used the elite TI, is it good for drop shot applications?? I did have a hummingbird helix 5 on the bow which I found worthless for marking fish

    Lowrance has the best DI in the biz imo. Have used my dad’s same unit a few times now and it’s fantastic.
