I’ve been struggling with 2 different Carbon units that continually lock up, and then end up shutting down and start back up. The software is up to date. I think I have it finally narrowed down to the Live mapping. If I have the unit running live mapping, it will typically reboot twice an hour. It has rebooted at some VERY inopportune times at night. This last weekend, I turned off live mapping and just utilized “history” and it never skipped a beat. I was able to demo a HDS Live, and it exhibited the exact same problem, although less frequently. I’m guessing the processors are overloaded and eventually it locks up and reboots. Has anyone else run into this?
