Every Lowrance unit I buy gets the measles on the housing and it pis_es me off. I have no problems with my h-bird units with this and its both obviously plastic parts. What gives? I’m I doing something wrong? If its common what is Lowrance doing to rectify the issue?

Deet will leave marks on locators and trolling motor covers to name a few. Bug sprays are not allowed in my boat.

Wipes, creams or sprays place in your hand and wiped on are ok.

I have some on mine, and never used any aerosol sprays around it.I looked at them as mystery spots, maybe from aliens?

I am guessing Lowrance will do nothing about it,and blame user for not getting it vaccinated jester rotflol

All sprays are banned from the boat! As far as I know, those dots are there forever.
