LOW reports, looking for input

I am planning a trip in a few weeks, reports haven’t been great but I won’t let that deter me. I was planning on bringing my snowmobile with a portable, but it sounds like there isn’t much snow. Would a UTV be a better option?

Any advice on where to start? Flats, reefs, depth, color?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

Utv would be your best bet but u can drive a truck anywhere out their right now. I was up their last weekend make the long trek to garden island or night island. Night should be your number one or 12 mile reef off big point past gull rock look for depths 28 to 32 that’s your best bet. Get some o and those glass eye jigs that they sell up their in bait shops grab a couple those thing are hot

Can’t remember the name of the jigs, but get both sizes. They have worked well even under a float for us.

I know that weather dictates how the fish will react to specific baits but make sure to bring up some #4 Rippn Raps… Green UV and Pink UV will no doubt bring some eyes topside !!

Not sure if you watched the IDO show from two weekends back but the RR were on FIRE !!
