    Hi all,

Need a BIG favor, so I have been teaching my son the value of saving up for his own equipment and finally after a long summer and fall he had saved up enough money to buy his first flasher and custom rod. So with money in bank and CC in hand we head down to the ice show. I introduce him to all of the guys I know and said, you go and see which one you like and then talk to some of the pro-staff guys to see what they recommend for your style of fishing, so about an hour later he comes up with a Marcom showdown. I could not knock the smile off his face, it was great to see. Thank you Brad H. for the help. So after a bit more talking and learning I helped him out getting a case for it and home we go.
He could not wait to get out so he and a buddy went out on a local lake to try for pan fish. Success, they had a bunch. Several days later we had a trip to Mille Lacs planned. This is where the story goes from good to bad, On our way up to the lake way to early in the morning, somehow the unit gets bounced out of the trailer and even after gong back and looking for it it has now disappeared, Yeah I know i’m not sure either, and next time I will do the packing.
It happened just a few miles south of Onamia just before you get to Reeds and the BP now going out of business. there was a few other things lost as well but not as significant as the Marcom.

With all of that said and sorry for the long story but it needed to be explained. If you can look out for and or hear of a Marcom showdown found on 169 south of Onamia, could you please let me know. HE really wants it back and cant afford another one, at least for a long time.

Thank you for taking the time to read this

Be safe out there and good luck fishing.
PS please PM me for my info if you have any info on this thank you

So it was on the northbound lane. North of Onamia and South of Reed’s outpost? I will drive that stretch today and keep my good eye out looking for it.
