Sorry for your loss, just thought I could help. Over the years, I have found all kinds of treasures, both open water and on the ice. Treasures to me include 1lb propane bottles, tipups frozen into the ice, baits along the shore, minnow bags, leech containers, ice scoops and lifejacket’s

I find a lot of that stuff, plus discarded broken rods which I save for projects. You never know when you need an oddball guide to repair a rod.Or like new cork handles/reel seats which can be salvaged.Or pieces of rod blank to modify an ice rod build
I started putting my name on everything, in hopes someone honest finds my items and returns it. I hope you find it. Have you tried the Ice fishing groups on Facebook?

I know where I WOULDN’T ask for help with this. You might get called a drunk and ridiculed all day long by people believing they are totally smarter than you.
Sorry to hear that. If you’re looking for a replacement tip up to use with your rod and reel combo I recommend you put your reward money toward a Finicky Fooler. Much simpler than the AW and nothing to attach to your rod or line.
I forgot to pack it up on a north end flat out of Rogers. Someone picked it up after we left because when we went back it was gone. Just hoping that an honest sole will return it to me.
