If you haven’t noticed, I like taking photos of Ripley. He started jumping off of our dock this weekend, so I risked my camera to capture a photo.

Ralph, I had a GSP that I named Ripley. Ripley Cujo was his papered name. Great hunter and companion. Never will another creature love me pr serve me like he did. Thanks for sparking my memories of him! Lymes took him from us. We chased pheasants, quail, shartails, huns, prarie chickens, and ruffed grouse together in several states for 7 years. He wouldnt even look at a rabbit. All hunters deserve 1 dog like him in their lifetime. Few get 1 though. I was very fortunate.

I used to call my golden the spear. She was ultra graceful jumping off the dock or lake shore. Not many got to see it and I took no pictures. Now its too late due to old age.

LOL, I did, but in my defense, that’s just how it sits on the lift. It tilts one way or the other due to how the keel sits on the lift. Besides, it’s not mine. )

His ears are big enough to form a cape. rotflol
