Good reviews for the Jason Mitchell Meat Stick. Also Scheels has some in house rods that do the trick?

I use a 36 inch DH Al Dente for a deadstick rod. It got a serious workout on Red Lake walleyes and I think would be great on an Ifishpro. Soft tip with lots of backbone.

Less than TUCR if you buy from him. I have a 36 and a couple 32 inch Al Dentes I’m going to be making and likely selling this winter. Much less than stock price but no guarantee on when I’ll be getting around to wrapping them up. Have a couple other rods I have to finish 1st.

I’m building a 36″ right now for an Ifishpro, I’ll have to let you know how it works out its a medium, fast action mainly for walleye and the occasional pike.

I ordered them on sportsmanswarehouse.com for the mh and cabelas for the medium.
My buddy loves them for big pike and sturgeon.
So i figured I’d try them out for the price.

Wife buys you a IFP so you also have the green light for a new rod and reel? Sweet

Yup pretty lucky duck on that scenario. She doesn’t complain to much. Except for the 3 ice shacks in the garage and 3 boats in the back yard blush

Hey bearcat, wondering how you feel about those infrareds after a season of use? Thinking of grabbing one.

Nice. I grabbed a 40” MH today at joe’s. I really wanted to compare side by side with a couple different rods but they had nothing else with guides that came even close to this size. $16 with the 20% off sale so can’t go wrong there.

I run a 42″ MH Fenwick Elite Tech, I like it just sucks trying to figure out where to put that one long rod in my otter tub and hauling it across the lake without it breaking. I would like to try out the shorter 36″ MH, I think that would be a good rod as well.
