    Chinook salmon = watermelon. White and chartreuse is also one of my go too colors.

    We ran a color on Lake Superior that killed it one year.. By far the color of the trip. We called it Kick A$$. I painted a few baits at home with the same idea and will post a picture. you guys may know this color and be able to paint it better.. I just used a rattle can. The actual bait we used had more depth and iridescent pinks in it. Looked like the sunset with the black dots for contrast. We caught a pile of lake trout 36-41 inches on that color.
