Looking for a good deal Strikemaster lithium 40v Ice Auger 8"

    Anyone know best price out there on this auger? Looking to upgrade and wondered if anyone has some intel on a solid deal.

    Best bet is to watch Gander for a 20-25% coupon special that seem to pop up. I got my Otter Lodge hub for $260 with a 30% off on-line coupon before Christmas.

    I don’t know if this is considered a good deal, but Fleet Farm has “save $50 with a $200 purchase.”

    As of a week or two ago the best I could fine was $500 for the 8” auger and second battery for $60.

    That was at a Scheels and some price matching of Reeds.

    Joe’s is having a big clearance sale this the 3rd-6th this week. Not sure it would be included in that but it’s worth a look.

    At the St Paul Ice Show, I paid 520 for the auger and extra battery at Marine General. I tried to get a better deal, but no no would come closer than 580 at the show. Great people to deal with, too. Give them a call and see if you can make a deal.

    That’s a good deal. Unless you drill close to 100 holes a day, you won’t need an extra battery.

    Thanks for that info, $475 is an awesome deal, their back up to $549 today, glad I scooped 1 up last night. After a test run I’ll have a like new strike master Lazer/ Tecumseh for sale.

    Heads up….. I just bought the 8” version at Fleet Farm on line w in store pickup for $100 off- $449. Would have liked home delivery but this seems like a good deal just the same.

    I live in Iowa, our fleet farm ad from Sunday had the Strikemaster 40v with 8″ reg price $549 marked down to $449. Cabela’s recently had a good sale as well.
