Hoping I can make a connection here. I’ve tried to connect with a couple of people here by PM but no surprise they are all pretty busy. Anybody in the biz that can do a 30′ curved sidewalk for me with a couple steps? If this were a slab in my back yard I’d tackle it myself but 1) I don’t want to 2) it’s the front of the house so I want it to look good and hold up which isn’t a guarantee if I try it myself for my first time. So for that reason I’ll let a pro do it or at least someone with a lot of experience and the tools. I would offer up my help where needed but I am also very willing to STFOOTW.

I have a skid loader, compactor, class V on hand. I don’t have forms or any concrete tools.

I’ve been dicking around with this for about 3 weeks now and really would like to get something lined up ASAP. 1/2 the old walk is torn out already and I can get the other half gone any time but want to leave it until we are ready to roll.

IMO if you can probably worth it to wait for Bearcat. I have never met him personally or seen his work but judging by who he represents himself to be on this forum hes a hard working son of a gun who will stand behind his work and stand by his word. In the construction industry that right there is as good as gold. Same reason if i ever have serious boat motor problems ill hitch up the wagon and drive down to Iowa to see Sheldon. Im getting too old to dick around with losers

Rule #1 in Construction: Always assume your concrete guy is going to let you down.

That being said, if you have someone you trust, keep them happy and working.
