I have the mold for 1/4 on up, but have not found a mold for anything smaller. I have found bulk 3/16 oz unpainted blades online, but nothing on 1/8 oz ones. Does anyone know of a place I can buy 1/8 oz unpainted blade baits? I powder spray all my own, and need 1/8 oz.
My only other idea was to try pouring tin in the 1/4 oz mold, but I do not think that will get me light enough.
Looking for any help tracking something down.

I personally have not seen 1/8 th oz blades unpainted anywhere. The 1/8th oz blades that are on the market come from custom built molds and I assure you that those don’t come cheap. Customizing a 1/4oz blade mold may be the cheapest way to go and fastest.
I do have some unpainted 1/8oz blades I will part with. Give me some info and I will send you a pic of them and discuss prices.

You might be able to find some through this company. I know they have unpainted blaadebaits in their tackle supply. They are in Isle MN and can make about anything imaginable for that type of tackle. I think they used to make a lot of lindy and northland products there at one time.
