Anyone running a mesh seat on a .5? Thinking of switching seats on my .5 just not sure how much room it will take up being the platforms already so small

If you go over to archery talk you will get alot of answers. I haven’t ran the .5 but I assume it’s pretty similar to my novix helo.
Whats the issue with the regular seat ? I find the standard seat pretty comfy on my lone wolf stands. I can say is do not prefer longer then a couple hours on my novix raider mesh seat.

Just gets to be a little uncomfortable on long sits, I love the stand itself but after running a millennium m7 with the mesh seat for a couple years sure was nice

I got the novix mesh seat but have yet to use it since I got it. The originals are not that comfortable for longer sits. The weight is the same between the two but the mesh is wider, so maybe more cumbersome when walking but will also provide a larger shelf.

You didn’t like mesh bc? Like noted, haven’t used it but thought I would try it. Still got the original if need to go back.

My ass sat in the mesh odd. It was very comfortable for a hour or so and then made my leg fall asleep. I prefer the original with a pad. But then again I stand and sit constantly, I probably stand 70 percent of the time in a stand anyway

The lone wolf .5 is the smallest stand they make. The seat post is short and the seat is small. If I remember right you can order it with a bigger seat or the mesh seat.
To me that is the ultimate hang and bang light weight stand for a 2 hour evening hunt.
For all day sits or extended morning hunts in the rut I would want something bigger.
