lithium shuttle car charger

Just wondering if anyone else that has bought the cig car charger for the shuttle been able to actually get it to charge your shuttle??
Fished Red yesterday and wanted to try out the charger, just picked it up last weekend at the ice show, took it out of the package and hooked it up to my Amped power box, light stays green but does not charge, (even with keeping it plugged in for 8hrs just for piece of mind)..
Stopped by Reeds in Onamia on the way home and tried out 2 other chargers and the same thing!!! It appears Marcum may have released this charger without fully testing. I see a slight difference in length of the prong that goes into the shuttle port compared to the wall charger one, The wall charger one is like 2 centimeters longer than the cig one, hopefully call Marcum this week an see what they have to say.

The more I hear about Marcum the happier I am to have a Humminbird. If you tried multiple chargers and none worked sure sounds like a quality control issue. Hope you get it worked out. How do you like that Amped box and what size battery do you have in it? I’ve been considering getting one of those.

Amped box is awesome got the 200box with a 16ah battery

Are you plugging the charger into a Marcum shuttle?

Yes trying to use a marcum lithium shuttle cig charger on a lithium shuttle. Thought maybe it could be something with the amp battery box, so took the charger and shuttle out to truck to try the cig lighter port in there and it the charger would not work in that either.

Check the fuse in the end that goes in the lighter.

fuses are good, I tried the charger I bought at the show and 2 on the shelf at reeds. Plus the light on the charge pack is green as soon as I plug it in, so that tells me the lighter is getting power and its not a blown fuse.
