Anyone linked together a gen 3 touch with a gen 2 touch or gen 2 not touch together? Will it work ok? Any issues or problems with them working together? Sharing way points/running transducers etc?

Should work fine. I just took a non touch gen 2 off the bow. I networked it to form the trolling motor to the gen 3 on the back. Shared waypoints, maps and transducers fine.
I had all three networked together this year. They worked just fine together. The only thing that I could complain about is that the Gen 3 sitting next to the Gen 2 made me totally dissatisfied with the brightness of the Gen 2. So I ended up spending too much money to upgrade to a second Gen 3. Other than that, they worked great together.
Yes there is no problem with that. Just need to make sure all are running the most current software. I saw where a guy didn’t have his gen 2 touch updated and when hooked up to a gen3 he wasn’t able to share map chips. Updated and everything worked perfectly.
