Buddy up nort had some complaining about some jigs bending on him at leech not long ago and have had poor quality in the past w northland jigs, fast forward this weekend w some fuzzegrubs that bent on couple hooksets, thought maybe they were snags but after 3rd one grabbed the hook and sure enough could bend it any which way I wanted w ease. Frustrating.

Check ur hooks so u don’t lose that big fall fish! Tight lines

Edit: jigs were bought from one-stop in longville, not many places carry them anymore!

That is frustrating. Do you think it is a bad batch where the hooks missed the heat treatment or the product just has gone downhill?

Bad batch, seen it b4 5yrs ago w northland jigs.

Doesn’t seem like lindy even has a site anymore, didn’t Google too hard but it goes right to distributor sites.

Bought some Northland jigs this year had good luck with them. Had the same issue a few years back they would snap in half.

Chinses knock off, there is fake line also floating around. They knock off everything.

You think a retailer would get knockoffs?

If it is cheaper (better profit margin) and looks the same they might. If they knew about the hook problem they may not.

PRADCO owns Lindy, among many other outdoor brands.
