I have gone out a couple times and figure I should post here. 3 days ago went out and caught 1 trout, friend caught 1, and another friend caught a blue gill. We were fishing on the bottom with wax worms and just jigging them…nothing to fast and furious.
Today I went out with some waxies alone and was killing the blue gill! (of course I catch fish when no one is there!) Tear drop weight and a hook about 1 foot up from that (drop shot) Probably caught 25 of those little buggers most were 6-7 inches some 8 or more, some shorter than 6 (not many). No trout though.
