So I’m going to have a couple weeks off before I start a new job which will give me time to use the other toy I have (other than the boat). What else do you guys/gals do with your spare time. Use this thread to show off your cars/trucks/motorcycles/ATV’s/etc.

This is my 69 Firebird that I bought in high school. Just re-did the entire suspension so it rides on a more modern platform. Fully adjustable front and rear suspension with a mini-tubbed rear end so I can accommodate 335x35x18’s on the rear. Four wheel discs, rack and pinion steering, front and rear sway bars, etc.

Motor is a 455 Pontiac that last time on the dyno made 509 HP connected to a Muncie M22 4 speed transmission and Ford 9″ rear end. It’s not the fastest car on the street but it’s pretty competitive.

Over the next couple years it’ll get a motor upgrade so I can get it on the road courses and see you it will do.

Here is mine…1980 Chevy Malibu. Fun for cruising around town and the rare autocross. It’s far from perfect but it was all done by me in my garage, Paint, Body and built the motor. New power plant is in the works.

Because the file size is too big. Do you have a picture editor so you can resize them?

@mdmoen, I’m assuming that is a tach on the hood?

Yep, it’s not original to the car but I thought it looked good. Also has the Trans Am rear spoiler since 1969 was the first year of the TA.

It reminds me of one of my high school friend’s cars. He had a 427 in it…talk about a sleeper!

    Confederate flag? Really?

You have a problem with that? Do you know the true meaning of the flag? And I’ll give you a hint, it’s not about racism.
