There could be a couple things going on. Looks like you have a livewell up front, which *could* be a cause. The least likely cause would be that the boat was left outside uncovered and got waterlogged foam or water trapped under the floor. When you accelerate it shifts enough to show up around the edges of the floor on the heavy side of the boat (where you are sitting).
A more likely cause would be bad livewell connections or broken hose, especially if they intake/drain runs through the starboard side of the boat. Might be able to test that in the driveway while by filling livewells with a hose and lifting the bow of the boat to simulate acceleration.
Another option is that you have a loose rivet, or a bunch of loose rivets. They can look nice and tight but can still be leaky. When I rebuilt my ’87 I stripped out everything (foam included) and filled the hull with water to figure out which ones leaked. There were more than I thought and I wouldn’t have guessed most of them. If rivets are leaking, you could re-buck them if you have access to both sides. Or you can use a sealant. I applied a product called “Gluvit” from the inside and that sealed up all of my leaky rivets. Might be harder to do on the exterior, as Gluvit is meant to seep into the cracks. You might have to try something like West Systems G-flex dispensed with a syringe if you want to go on the exterior and try to keep it looking clean.
