Broke a rod; looking to get 2 new lead core rods for 47 reels. Anyone recommend a rod without breaking the bank?

Diawa Accudepth 7’10” Telescopic MH can be found for around $50-$70. Pretty nice rod for the money. I picked one up on Amazon a month or two back. Horrible packaging, but survived the trip to me without damage. So, you’re taking chances there…ha. I was surprised at how nice the rod is though.

They quit making my favorite 9’6” Mr. Walleye rods, but Tuned Up makes a very similar rod for around $100.

Are the Tuned up 2 piece or telescoping? I am looking to add some longer rods

Edit: Looked at Tuned Up’s website. They are telescoping.

Just bought an Okuma deadeye 8-6 telescoping, was only like 50$ but didn’t want 2 piece

For 5′ rods i run Depthmaster. I really enjoy those rods, though if you want to spend more money the Limit Creek 5′ rods are good too, they’re a little lighter however. <$30

For long rods i run 10′ Eagle Claw Starfire Trolling rod. They are my primary leadcore rod! <$30
I think i have 4 extra of these should they ever be discontinued )

I’ve also used Okuma Deadeye in 8’6″ telescoping, though i don’t like them as i don’t get the spread or separation i’m wanting when running leadcore, so i tend to use the 10′ Eagle Claw rods. I do love these rods for trolling long line or trolling plastics on 3-ways for eyes. <$30

All rods mentioned above are a “Medium Action” where they have full body absorbing bend that you want in a trolling application.
