I saw these at Menards today. Not quite the same thing they used to be, but they’re probably safer I guess. Didn’t someone post on here not too long ago about the original lawn darts?

I remember sticking one of those things into a guy’s garage roof, long ago. Alcohol might have been involved. whistling

Ha. I have a saying, everything is more fun when an element of danger is involved.

I started saying that after a watching a fireworks display that had misjudged the wind and they were landing on us. No one was in real danger but you wanted to pay attention to glowing things falling out of the sky. Good fun haha.

I know someone with old school Jarts, in the box. He uses them as part of the display at car shows he enters.

You can buy lawn darts on eBay. They sell the components separately and you need to assemble. Apparently that is sufficient to bypass the ban.

Yes you can buy parts but they are crazy high price we play jarts a lot at the lake. Get the metal shafts on eBay and we customize the fins from Sharon’s post into sliders. Much better plastic now a days. Original crack very easy

I acquired a set of jarts that I found (in original box) when cleaning out my grandma’s house a few months ago. Looking to put them to use this summer….but will be keeping them away from my son (I could see one sticking through the roof of my camper within 5 min of use)! doah

I’m still looking for some Jarts at estate sales. Still no luck but I got my brand new bread machine, still in the box, last summer at an estate sale ($10) ….Maybe 2019 I will find the old jarts!

Old time lawn jarts=lawyers drooling and your insurance agent crying.

Well if my lawyer aspirated on his saliva and expired. That’s a win for me.
