Today is Law Enforcement Appreciation Day. To those who have served past and present, and to their families who can never quite relax knowing it’s never certain their loved one will come home, thank you for doing one of the absolute most difficult jobs.

Yes, Thanks to all law enforcement. They don’t receive near as much respect and thank you’s as they deserve. If I ever find myself in a restaurant with one of them I always try and pay their Bill. You will not believe how many great discussions I’ve had while sharing a meal with them.
