Launch Fishing

    A subcontractor of mine is taking a group on a launch this Friday. Anyone know how the launches are targeting fish without live bait? Going out of McQuoids if that matters.

    They could vertically jig with artificial lures. Or target pike with suckers bigger than 8 inches. Gonna have to get creative.

    I’m pretty sure they will be “Smallmouth” fishing with artificial leeches & crawlers. At least that’s what they’ve done in the past.

    Moot point. The wife probably has the V! She was tested today and Doc says pretty sure she has it. That means neither of us are leaving the house for minimum of 7-9 days until the results are back. And longer if she does have it.

    Well that’s a pissah, sorry that fell apart.

    From the Canadian border closing to small fishing trips such as this, Covid is just plain putting a hurt on fishing fun.

    The repercussions of this practice no discrimination. It’s just a plain pooper.
