Heading to lake vermillion last weekend of September. We are getting a guide for the first day then renting boat the next 2 days. What would be the right fishing gear to bring. Am sending my rods and gear up early with a friend that lives there. To cheap to pay for extra baggage on flight. Any info will help. Have leadcore also or should I just leave it at home?
Last year around late September working the breaklines with Jiggin Raps was the hot ticket. A friend of mine has a place up there and fishes the east end that that is what they were killing them on.
I’m hoping to put that to the test myself this year.
We be up there fishing sept 27-30. Maybe we see you on the water. We be on the west end.

I love the west end. I’ve caught more fish on the east end but I like the structure on the west end and the seclusion of Norwegian Bay.
