    I think Dennis Steele deserves his own post for hooking into and landing this
    57+”, 47 pound Lake Sturgeon.

    She was implanted with a acoustic transmitter and the DNR hopes to get some data from her over the next ten years.
    Normally it’s the large girls that move distances.
