Snuck out for a couple hours this morning with a buddy of mine that hasn’t gotten out in a few months due to work. Unfortunately, the fish didn’t cooperate as well as I would have hoped, but I think if we could have spent some more time we would have done alright. We started getting into fish shortly before we had to head in. Managed a few in the 13 to 17 inch range and one nice FAT healthy fish that taped out just over 23. All our fish came from less than 10 feet, along windy shorelines, close to deep water. The one nice fish made it worth the trip out today as it put up a solid fight.
