I sold a boat that had Lowrance HDS Gen 1 unit. I have the Lakemaster chips (Woods/Rainy v4 and Minnesota v6 I think) I bought for the Lowrance. I now have a Humminbird 859 and an 1159. I’m wondering if the Lakemaster chip will work in the Humminbirds?

If it doesn’t say Humminbird on the map card, it won’t work in a Humminbird.
Johnson Outdoors owns (among other things) MinnKota, Humminbird and Lakemaster. They bought Lakemaster in the early 2000’s and shut everybody else out of the Lakemaster line.
They bought Lakemaster around 2012, that’s the last year Lakemaster made a Lowrance chip.
Your chips won’t work in Humminbirds, however they should be easy to sell due to no longer being in production.
Sorry guys. I didn’t realize that all Lakemaster cards didn’t work in Humminbirds.
