Lake Superior Fall Trolling Tips

    I’ve always wanted to troll on Lake Superior this time of the year but I never have. Anything that bites works for me. Any tips?

    Karry, IDO has some great shows trolling for lake trout on on Superior. They were filmed a few years ago but the pattern is still the same.

    A guy has a open seat for tomorrow listed at Two Harbors.

    When are you going? Lake trout is only open for a few more days but the shallow bite should be good as they begin to stage for spawning

    I’m definitely not going to be able to go the next several days but thanks.
    Maybe I’ll just have to plan better for a trip next spring or a bit earlier next fall.
    When is the best time to be able to troll shallower for Lake Trout or the other trout up there?
