    Thanks for sharing.

Any summary of what techniques worked well? I’d be curious given the sporadic bite last few weeks what the teams found worked well over the course of the 2 days.

We did not fish the tournament but we fished P4 all weekend and noticed that many of the tournament boats were trolling leadcore downstream with decent success. It’s not really a fun way to catch fish, but it can be productive once or twice a year. We were 3-waying slow-death crawlers with a little success if you could keep the drum away.

Thanks for the tip. I agree, lead core ain’t my favorite way to fish – but if that’s what was working good to know.

Nice to hear crawler bite was starting to show some success for you.

We fished Pepin area on Friday and did not do well at all. I was curious on what actually worked as well. We tried several tactics and places.
