Lake of the Woods Resort

    Any recommendations on a resort up there? Have always stayed at wheelers but they are booked up and don’t want to pay the big bucks for ballards or sportsman’s. Sleeping on shore then driving out every day.

    Try a motel in Baudette for the best bargain. That’s what my wife and I usually do when we stay up there overnight. I think there are maybe three of them if you google it. The drive from Baudette to the Lake is fairly short.

    Check out the americinn hotel in baudette. It’s only about a 10 minute drive to ballards area from there. We stayed there on one of our trips last year and it worked great

    Freds Beds. Great place and Nels take good care of his quest
