Just purchased and it will not install on my unit. Have an older Mark 4 Mono running version 1.8.0. The salesman at BAss Pro said it would work but cannot get it to read the disc. Any help out there?

I did some reading on Lowrance website and under the release notes for that update is says support for Lake Insight Pro. But my guess is being that update is from 2012 it will not work for the V15 Lake Insight chip. I am pretty certain you will need to return that chip and get the older one.
