A fisherman found the body of a man around 1:15pm Friday in the water of El Dorado Lake. The discovery was made on the north side of the lake near Chelsea Bridge.
Authorities have identified the body as that of 32 year-old Michael Robertson, of Wichita. An autopsy lists the cause of death as blunt force trauma to the head.
Although they don’t know how long Robertson’s body was in the water, they do say it appears to be fairly recent. Sheriff Craig Murphy says the body appeared to have gone through very little decomposition.
