Knife Sharpeners

Milwaukee just came our with a little knife sharpener for $15. It has a set of ceramic sticks, cobalt sticks and a diamond stick. I’ve got a pretty hard knife that ceramic sticks won’t touch. The cobalt sticks made quick work out of sharpening the knife. The little Milwaukee has a built in magnet, makes it handy storing it on the outside of a tool chest. I was so impressed I went back and cleaned the Home Depot out of them and stashed them wherever I might need a quick sharpen. Try one.

Went on eBay and ordered a couple Milwaukees. My work Sharp broke awhile back, the wheel seized up, but belt still spins and heats up quickly destroying the belt.

Watch the Project Farm knife sharping video

Can you give us the Clif Notes?

I do enjoy that project farm channel. He has some good stuff. Because of that video I went and ordered the Wicked Edge Pro Chinese knock off years ago. It works very well. The biggest advantage to this system is it holds your blade and stone in a fixed position.
