Cowboys tried an failed a fake punt to start the second half. Kirk said thanks and just threw his 3rd TD. Doh!

The BoyZ are playing the 2nd Half like the Bad News Bears, just total ineptitude. And then the BoyZ get a TD and 2pt.

Happy for Kirk. Was a bumpy start of the year but he’s settled-in nicely in Atlanta – I’m not looking forward to playing him.

The cowboys are a bad team. I love how much $ Jerry throws at this team every year, and they seem like they never seem to get good enough to win like they should. I really don’t think their coach is all that good either. They are probably my least favorite team to watch.

The Cowboys have some big name talent but no real depth. Dak is a tough guy to nail down as he’s always said the right things, works hard, can put up monster numbers, but still can leave you shaking your head a few times a game with either decision making or air mailing wide open throws.

Losing Parsons for a good chunk of time is huge too as he’s a game wrecker that changes offensive gameplans.

Cedee Lamb is a premier talent but defenses in the league have gotten so much better schematically in the last decade at rolling coverages, disgusing things, and taking away a team’s first option.

Until Jones stops micromanaging things and gets serious about finding a coach who he can blindly support and trust rather than manipulate…the franchise is going nowhere near a SB.

I don’t see how there’s any way Zimmer keeps his job at this rate. Even with the injury excuse.

Agreed 100%, and would just add Jerry needs to stop being the GM too. Leave that to the professionals so you don’t end up paying 4 guys 70% of your cap. And McCarthy never made sense there, he blew so many chances w/ Rodgers no way he was doing anything with Dak. But like you said Jerry likes a yes man, that tells him what he wants to hear, not an innovative coach that does it his own way.
