Any recommendations? I have the Atwood and it rattles so bad it drives you crazy. Looking for one that is tight and quiet.

I have the same linkage. Do you still have the o rings that go inside of the ball joint? Without those they rattle something fierce. I figured I’d ask because the stupid o ring falls out every time the quick release style joint is taken apart.

I don’t think I ever had o rings to begin with! I’ll have to look at it tomorrow thanks.

Panther makes a tie bar. I have sea star that connects to your hydrolic steering with cable. Can’t disconnect however which isn’t a problem for me but I know some want or need to disconnect.

I have that same kit as well. I don’t have o rings either and mine does not rattle. Where does the rattle come from?

Both ends rattle at the socket.

I’ve used one just like it for over 10 years and it’s never rattled either. I have no o rings on mine that I know of but I’ll take a closer look at it today.

I have the same one as Dave and Gino. Didnt even know there was an o-ring that goes in there. Dang thing rattles so much I don’t hardly ever use the kicker.

A thought: the two sockets on mine are at the same level. Are yours?

Yes they are level, pretty much anyway. I have no o rings in mine so I’ll try getting some at the hardware store. Thanks everyone
