Kicker motor bracket question

I have a 175 Alumacraft dominator and I was looking to get a bracket for a small kicker motor. You can’t just screw the kicker on like a lot of boats so I would have to get a bracket to run my 1976 Evinrude twin sport. Is there any better or worse brackets out there? I found one but that is it. I don’t want the drop down one just a solid one. Some day I would like to get a nice 4 stroke to put on there and run of the main gas tank.

    Thanks

You can see how there is not really room to mount it. The new models they fixed this.

Man, I’d think there would be plenty of room there. Maybe someone could post pics of theirs.

I’ve got similar questions. in the pic, what year is that? I’m not sure all Dominators are configured the same way.

How wide is the transom. I have a Navigator and I think its a 91″ beam. I have a kicker on there with no additional bracket needed.

It is a 2008 dominator. 96 inches wide but it only goes down 2 1/2 inches and then stars to slop up. Would make hard to tighten motor down if you could even the the tighteners to fit.

That one would probably work but there are quite a few other options. The most common one I’ve used is the Panther plate but it does set the engine up higher.
