Anyone know of good ATV Rifle/Auger mounts that will work with a KDrill 8”? I can’t find much online that says they will fit specifically a KDrill…. any help would be much appreciated. I am also mounting to a Yamaha Kodiak, with the metal racks, prefer front mount for Auger. Thanks guys!

Any of the Kolpin gun racks for atvs should work. I actually use three as I have one that holds up my drill handle.

spend the money on the metal Koplins, they are worth it. Had the cheaper ones and they didnt last 1 season before breaking

The Kolpin Pro (Metal) Mounts work great for my KDrill.

This is my Kolpin auger tube on my ATV. It keeps my racks available for other things and is quick to use. The auger never comes close to bouncing out even with straps unfastened. The whole tube comes off in seconds with no tools.

I have the 6″ and the 8″. I always disconnect the drill and just bungee the auger to the rack of the atv or any other thing that I can strap it too. I dont trust the drill to stay on during bumpy rides. That way I can put the drill in a box and keep it safe. It takes only a few seconds to reattach it

My method is a little less conventional, but I just put some rod saver straps on the top of my kolpin rear cargo box. Never had an issue, even though the auger+drill isn’t positively locked in I’m not ripping 50mph through an obstacle course.

Metal Kolpins. Used them with my kdrill years ago no issues and still carrying my Strikemaster these days. Also nice for carrying lawn tools in the summer since I leave them on year around.
