They are already starting to bunch-up next to the chanels. Find the shad and fish the bottom under them. 1/4 oz jigs with a Crappie Pro ‘wasshoppah’, chartruse or most any bright color. Hybird bass are with them 
so make sure your drags are healthy. If they are ‘locked up’
